Такой же гламурный, но доступный (платформа Grande Punto) и практичный (5-дверные версии!!!), и не такой заоблачно дорогой как Thesis. Lancia наконец-то повернулась лицом к фанатам марки. Не все же время обслуживать итальянских чиновников и буржуев, для которых 40 евро за тезис - как пять копеек на мороженое.
First visual pointers towards the next-generation of Lancia Ypsilon, set to appear in 2009, have been offered in a design sketch revealed during an investor presentation by Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne in London this week.
The existing Ypsilon model received a cosmetic facelift last autumn and an all-new model is due to arrive on the market in two years time. The sketch reveals a car that closely follows the styling introduced with the Delta HPE (set to be realised next year), especially in the area of the C-pillar.
In the investor presentation slides this week Marchionne describes the new Ypsilon as the “ultimate small luxury car” and offering “increased accessibility and functionality”.
They also reveal that Lancia will be targeting Full Year sales of 125,000 units for the new model in Western Europe - a 3 percent slice of B-segment.
The presentation reveals that Lancia is targeting 40,000 unit full year sales from the newly facelifted Musa, dubbed the “city limo”, launched this autumn, and shown to the public at the Frankfurt IAA, while its entry into the RHD drive markets will get underway in 2009.
The Delta HPE - due to be launched next year which is set to straddle C/D segment - will target 70,000 unit sales for its first full year, with 60,000 units of these being in Western Europe.
The long running saga of the so-called 'speciality' model, also gets a brief mention in the slides, it is described as an “image driver for the range”, while the sales target is 20,000 units per year.
