Вопрос может и слишком прост для hardcore alfisti, но все же -
когда, зачем и почему были выпущены эти эмблемы?

Я нашел только версии на альфабб.ком называется 32-ой год, Luigi Chinetti, сборка в Париже из деталек и все такое.
Все как то не точно и не наверняка.

This car, chassis 2111024, had just such an early history. First delivered to Luigi Chinetti, later to find fame as the official Ferrari importer for North America, this car is one of only two long chassis models produced by the factory. Chinetti, then running the Alfa Romeo paris Agency, ordered the car to be delivered to his workshop in a dismantled state, where it is understood he had it built up with a view to running the car in the 1931 Le Mans 24 hour race. As a factory agent, Chinetti appears to have been able to request certain parts such as Electron engine and gearbox casings to bring his car to a similar specification as the the factory team cars entered in Le Mans and the Tourist Trophy. It is possible this was a factory team car chassis, sold to Chinetti by the factory after the 1931 TT.
