Вчера делал ТО-20 и чуть не охренел, увидев что падонки впарили замену ремня ГРМ,
хотя поменяли его на ТО-10. Естественно начал говниться, но сервисмены сказали,
что регламент ТО прописан в договоре и обсуждению не подлежит.
Если изменишь регламент ТО, пропадет гарантия.
Я решил говниться до последнего и попросил дилера установить в моей тачке.. рояль.. :o)))
(сначала хотел боян, но не нашел достойного перевода этому слову понятного всем нациям)

I suppose my problem must be heard even in your Amsterdam office)
on 7 of january 2008 I did technical maintenance 20.000 for my car,
Renault Megane Coupe with the plate numbers EU-NL \ **-**-**.
I was really amazed to find gas-distribution belt changing operation in this maintenance,
due to it has been done on the technical maintance 10.000 by your Service half a year ago.
As far as I know, there is no reason to change gas-distribution belt so often and consider
including this operation by you as extending maintenance scope (and, of course, it`s price) by optional operations.
Your colleagues were very kind to explain me, that technical maintenance scope stated in the 7.3 chapter
of the Garanty and Service Agreement signed by me during buying this car and not the subject matter.
After reading by heard stated above Agreement, I really found corresponded chapter
and apologetically consider this question legally solved.
But, also, in the chapter 1.4 of the same Agreement I found information regarding music, video and navigation installation,
word for word stated your obligations as "...free once-only installation of any music, video and navigation equipment...".
According to this chapter, I want to declare my willing to install the concert grand "Iturzwage" 1979,
very nice grand with perfect sound tuning in my stated above car.
Could you, please, assign an appointment for grand installation into the car,
for I could arrange the grand delivery to your Service by piano shop delivery service.

You should install it in your home.

thank you very much for this information. Anyway, I want to install it in my car.
And, according to our Agreement, you are obliged to perform this operation for free,
because grand is a usual music equipment, your negation of this fact will be considered as
lack of respect to such music genius as Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus (27 january 1756 – 5 december 1791)
or, for example, Chopin, Frédéric François (1 march 1810 - 17 oktober 1849).
When the grand will be installed, I will kindly play something for you from their art.

i don`t like classical music, but thank you anyway.
i have to inform, that this is not possible physicly to install piano in the car.
Grand is not an official musical equipment to be installed in the auto motor cars type as you have,
you should buy a truk, not megane coupe.

As for me, I`m a huge fan of classical music, as well as Renault Megane Coupe cars.
So, I don`t want to buy a truck, I want to continue using my Renault Megane and install the grand to it.
I want kindly direct your attention to the 1.4 chapter of our Agreement, where stated,
that you are obliged to install "any music equipment".
Hope, you understand, that "official musical equipment to be installed in the auto motor cars type as I have"
is the only small part of "any music equipment" stated in our Agreement.
Yesterday your colleagues were very kind to advise me read the Agreement carefully and follow it`s conditions.
Now, I have to advise you the same... And ask to make an appointment for grand installation.
