The parade concludes with a Lancia Thesis Sport, the latest evolution of the flagship, which blends sportiness and elegance in unique, exclusive styling. The version on show has very refined two-tone bodywork (light grey and dark grey) which highlights the styling of the model. The car also sports exclusive 18” spoked alloys which underline the assertive sportiness of this particular version.
This same imprint is evident inside, thanks to the new red leather upholstery from Frau® with coordinated finishing elements. The original Thesis Sport is perfectly in tune with the spirit of the Lancia flagship, a luxury saloon that relies on elegance and cutting edge technology to capture the motoring elite. It is a special segment that groups together a small number of models on which the most important manufacturers concentrate the best automotive technology available today. For this reason, the Thesis Sport is equipped with the new 2.4 Multijet 20 valve engine which, combined with a self-adaptive sequential automatic five-speed transmission, delivers 185 bhp at 4000 rpm and peak torque of 330 Nm at 1750 rpm. And with this power pack, the car has a top speed of 222 km/h, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.7 seconds. The car on the stand obviously includes all the strong points of the Thesis itself: from the lavish standard safety equipment (ABS with EBD, ESP complete with ASR, 8 airbags) to the luxurious large, protective passenger compartment, the navigation system with its colour monitor, the Bose® Hi-Fi system, the multi-zone automatic climate control and Comfort front seats (ventilated, heated, adaptive and with squab/cushion massage) which are state of the art in terms of comfort and ergonomics. Plus a volumetric, anti-lift antitheft system with an alarm, and parking sensors.
